On the hotel’s first floor, our all-day dining venue Plum + Spilt Milk is an exquisite destination with light streaming through floor–to-ceiling windows and rich décor with curved leather banquettes seating 90 guests. Innovative menus devised by chef director Chris Fordham-Smith feature modern British classics using seasonal produce.
